• TrackNest is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will be available 100% of the time or free of errors.
• The user is responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for any activity performed under the user’s account.
• The user should not rely on TrackNest as the only place to store critical or irreplaceable information.
